What we've been up to

We held a workshop! People made some cool programs & we had people make imaginary creatures & label them using Folk:

Two other fun results of the workshop:

Left: A stack of origami shirts with Folk-drawn arm. Right: an ASCII art bunny from a Folk program

RFID localization is progressing! Here's a progress photo of some rings (drawn in Folk) that correspond to possible tag locations.

We implemented:

  • joins

  • collecting joins

  • stacking outlines

If you'd like to join our next workshop respond to this email!

We're starting to add people to our private Github repo, if you'd like access become one of our Github Sponsors.

What we're up to next month

Another open house! RSVP here (the L train will actually be running this day 🥳) & invite friends to come, we’d like to have people see Folk to tell us what they like, what they think is missing, what they’re dreaming of using it for!
